Team Member
- $18 starting hourly wage
- End of Season Incentive Bonus ($1000 possible)

Foreman
- Competitive Base salary – Based on experience
- Eligible for Bonus Program ($1000+ possible)
- 6 paid holidays
- Monthly cell phone stipend
- Paid time off, and increased accrual of PTO with tenure

- 4- day work weeks in offseason – subject to snow removal needs
